YEREVAN. – Trial of the proprietor of Armenia’s Akhtala Mine Enrichment Plant, Metal Prince Company owner, and American-Armenian businessman Serop Der-Boghossian, 70, who is charged with pedophilia, was adjourned on Monday at Lori Region’s Court of First Instance. His barrister Givi Hovhannisyan said Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter that the accuser has a problem with intestines, as he has undergone a surgery previously.

The barrister said that Ter-Poghosyan should have been transferred into isolation cell and afterwards a hospital. The next proceedings are scheduled for Thursday.

The proprietor of Armenia’s Akhtala Mine Enrichment Plant, Metal Prince Company, and American-Armenian businessman Serop Der-Boghossian is charged with child molestation. During the court session on October 28, the prosecution had motioned that Serop Der-Boghossian be sentenced to 15 years in prison.
