YEREVAN. – Not all speeches made at the National Assembly podium are deserving of listening, Armenia’s Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan stated during a briefing with news reporters, on Thursday.  

Ashotyan said this when the journalists attempted to ask his view on Energy and Natural Resources Minister Armen Movsisyan, who was playing a game on his iPad 2 during NA session. Armen Ashotyan noted it is unethical to comment on the incident that occurred in connection with his “colleague,” and that he wishes to neither justify, nor condemn what happened.
