YEREVAN. - Opposition Heritage parliamentary group MP Zaruhi Postanjyan calls on Armenian and Nagorno-Karabakh Presidents to hold all-Armenian celebration events on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] independence referendum.

 “Based on December 10, 1991 historic significance of Independence referendum adopted by the people of Artsakh and stressing the importance of celebrating December 10 this year as a national holiday of the 20th independence anniversary of the Armenian second state in the international arena it is necessary to organize all-Armenian celebration events in numerous Armenian-populated world cities devoted to the adoption of independence referendum of Arstakh. Moreover, declare September 2 as the Artsakh Independence Referendum Day,” the message reads.
