YEREVAN. - ArmRusGasProm files lawsuit in the First Instance Court of Armenia’s Armavir Region against Artu-gas Company demanding exaction amounting AMD 12 million. While Artu-gas claims that ArmRusGasProm cheated them. 

Armenian News-NEWS.am asked ArmRusGasProm spokesperson Shushan Sardaryan to comment on the issue.

“The lawsuit is based on the violation of contract points between Avtogas LLC and Artu-gas LLC. Avtogas is subsidiary of ArmRusGasProm and the contract, which was signed on April 14, this year, was violated by Artu-gas LLC,” she said.

Taking into account that negotiations brought no results, and Artu-gas rejects to implement its obligations stated in the contract, Avtogas applied to the court to defend its rights.

The trial is scheduled for Tuesday.

At the same time, Artu-gas representative, gas expert Artur Ghazaryan states that ArmRusGasProm cheated them and then applied to the court. Moreover, it is not excluded that ArmRusGasProm applies for the second time. This time ArmRusGasProm may apply against Ghazaryan, for defaming the company.
