GYUMRI. - Armenia’s Minister of Urban Development Vardan Vardanyan attended regular session of commission on apartment allocation in Gyumri city. The Minister reflected on construction works in Mush 2 and Akhuryan districts.

He informed that house-warming are not intended for this year.

To Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter’s question of when the issue of homelessness will get solution, the Minister said that at his pre-election campaign President Serzh Sargsyan “promised to see this question through by 2013.”

Allocation of homes to beneficiaries who lost 4-room apartments as a result of an earthquake over 20 years ago is scheduled for December 15-20.
