make preferableYEREVAN. – Armenia’s Lori region instigated a criminal case on abuse of official power, official negligence, and falsification of documents, official lies and fraud.
It was cleared out that a citizen, registered in Jrashen community of Lori but living elsewhere, turned to head of Spitak city hall administration to receive social benefit in 2009. Head of the administration by personal interest prepared and granted false documents, Armenian Attorney General’s Office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The citizen presented the false documents to the Spitak regional social service agency and received social benefit in 2009-2010.
There is criminal content in the activities of these three people. Thus, the citizen used false documents, head of the administration caused significant damage to the state by making official fraud and the social service agent made official negligence by not checking the documents. Criminal case is instigated.
