YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan met with European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Štefan Füle during his visit to Brussels. They discussed issues on improvements and joint projects realized in Armenia.
PM said that Armenia is fully implementing the assigned obligations , governmental press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“I think we work effectively in developing Armenia-EU relations and cooperation,” Füle stated.
Regarding Armenia-EU relations, he said that he is glad to see new and pretentious improvements. The sides discussed join priorities on Armenia-EU relations, including Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA).
The sides also touched upon the reconstruction issue of the checkpoints on Armenian-Georgian borders and financial aid to be invested on that purpose.
Sargsyan and Füle stated that bilateral political dialogue has also registered progress.
