YEREVAN. – Armenian capital Yerevan’s Shengavit Administrative Region former Prefect Sargis Hovhannisyan (a.k.a. Cadillac Serozh), who submitted his resignation on Monday, is prepared to work even as a prefect in a remote village, should President Serzh Sargsyan order, Hovhannisyan himself told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He assured that he submitted his resignation on his own volition and because of health issues. And in response to the query as to how a person with health issues could express a readiness to work as a prefect in a remote village, if the President ordered, Sargis Hovhannisyan said: “There are health problems now, and that is why I resigned. But if the President says I have to work, what else would I do? I will have to work.”
