YEREVAN. – By lifting the detainment of Narek Hartunyan, president of Narekatsi Art Union, and Artur Galstyan, accountant of G. H. Storage Enterprise Company, they are given the chance to pay for the damages caused to the state, State Revenue Committee Press Service informed. And as restraining order, a signature pledge for not leaving is taken from them.
To note, G. H. Storage Enterprise Company’s director Narek Hartunyan and accountant Artur Galstyan are charged with tax evasion and legalizing the proceeds received through criminal methods, while the Company’s assistant director Ani Mnatsakanyan is charged with abetting to tax evasion; they were taken under custody.
The investigation into the criminal case is still underway.
To note, Narek Hartunyan will hold a press conference on Thursday, in connection with this matter.
