YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Tatev (Wings of Tatev) cableway has already transferred to winter regime and has been regularly operating since Tuesday, head of the Cableway Tigran Ghazaryan says.

The cableway was equipped with special electronic and mechanical systems to stand Syunik Region’s seasonal changes (winds, humidity).

Swiss Garaventa-Doppelmayr experts have also carried out annual technical inspection and maintenance work.

The cableway will work till December 29, and then will operate on January 5-6. It will operate only in weekends in January and February.
