YEREVAN. – Following the Armenian government’s session, Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan conversed with the parents—of the soldiers who died while in service—who had again gathered in front of the Government Building.

And in response to the question as to why he is interested in the problems of these people, in the case when these problems are those of the army, Gasparyan said: “I know these people, and I find myself to be an indivisible part of the army.”

The demonstrators had come with the photographs of their dead sons. They also held signs with the names and the dates of death of these youth who died while in military service.
