YEREVAN. – Prior to his arrest and subsequent escape from an Armenian capital Yerevan court, on January 21, Edmund Tsaturyan had tried to steal a box of frozen chicken from a Yerevan market, Police Force informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
To note, after detaining Tsaturyan, the police officers had handed him over to court bailiffs. Then the arrestee had told the bailiffs he had to go to the bathroom, so the bailiffs accompanied him there. But Tsaturyan escaped from the bathroom window.
Edmund Tsaturyan is still under search, and he has been charged with theft. Incidentally, Karen Tagvoryan was with Tsaturyan, too, and he is already taken under custody.
