YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Armavir Region’s former Governor, National Assembly (NA) Speaker Samvel Nikoyan’s advisor Albert Heroyan, who came to the parliament during the tenure of the former NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, continues to work at NA during Nikoyan’s tenure, too, Hraparak daily writes. 

“He [also] conducts a small economic activity. To our correspondent’s question as to whether he prefers the job of regional governor, or NA Speaker’s advisor, Heroyan, who had become rich during his years working as regional governor, responded: ‘The worst job in the world is that of the regional governor,’” Hraparak daily writes.
