YEREVAN. – On the occasion of St. Sargis Day—honoring St. Sargis the Warrior, and the Youth and love Patron’s day in Armenia—Yerevan City Hall placed a two-meter heart nearby the open-air ice rink at the capital’s Swan Lake. The heart is carved out of ice, and it holds one-thousand roses.   

The City Hall also presented roses to all the couples, including foreign guests, who were strolling near the ice rink, City Hall Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Also, all Armenian churches named after St. Sargis the Warrior celebrate a Holy Mass on this day.
