Armenian businessman Serob Ter-Poghosyan who has been sentenced to 15 years for pedophilia has to make a decision. He suffers from cancer and has to decide whether or not he wants to get operated.

The deputy director of Mikaelyan hospital informed that he must be operated but must give his permission first. The lawyer of Serob Ter-Poghosyan informed that there are no upcoming trials.

To note, the head of Akhtala Metal Prince mining plant was accused of having sex with underage boys. Serob Ter-Poghosyan is charged on 140 and 139 articles of Criminal Code of Armenia.
