YEREVAN. - Vardan Gh, 25, who in December 2011 raped a 10 year old girl, is imprisoned but has not been sentenced yet, inspector Edgar Alexanyan informed.

To note, Edgar Alexanyan informed earlier that a criminal case had been launched on the 3rd part of the 138th article (rape) of Armenia’s Criminal Code.

Expertise is underway and the police are waiting for the results.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, according to rumors, for days the young man has acquired the trust of the 10 year old girl, and then taking her to a deserted building he raped her.
