STEPANAVAN. – In the lead-up to the parliamentary elections, the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) delegation, led by PM Tigran Sargsyan, met with the residents of Stepanavan city in Lori Region.
During the meeting, Sargsyan spoke about RPA’s activities in the past five years, its election platform, and the Party’s activity-plan for the next five years, Armenian News-NEWS.am’s reporter informs from Stepanavan.
Reflecting on agricultural reforms, the PM noted that the studies show that the farmers face a serious problem in connection with selling their produce. In his words, the first thing to be done in this regard is to create conditions, so that the farmers can cultivate their land and not have problems selling the produce.
“All of our election platform will be directed toward the ordinary citizen, so that everyone may feel that his life is improving and the state is opening doors before them that are full of prospect,” Tigran Sargsyan said.
As per the PM, new jobs will be created in the coming years, since studies show this to be an important matter for the economic policy.
