November 24, 2009 eight more swine flu cases were registered in Georgia. According to Georgian National Centre for Disease Control seven A/H1N1 virus cases were recorded in Batumi and one — in Tbilisi.
4 out of the infected are schoolchildren, however presently their health state is stable. According to official data, a total of 107 swine flu cases were registered in Georgia.
