YEREVAN. – The employers are monitoring their employees’ Internet communications, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes.   

“The employers have learned the ways to follow the [online] activities of their staff. By secretly installing special programs (DeviceLock, Gatall Mail Security, Ideco ICS, etc.) in the company’s [online] network, the manager is overseeing the information flow and following the underlings’ Internet activity. This is primarily the case in banks, and insurance and Information Technology companies. According to the analysts at Falcongaze Company, the using of the SecureTower system, to oversee the information flow and to conduct a thorough study of the working hours, could become a reason for the employer to dismiss the underling. In line with their data, in 2011 one out of every three employees lost his/her job because of this,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes.
