ARARAT. – Armenia’s Artashat city police received an alarm on Wednesday on a dispute in Getazat village.

Police arrived at the scene and revealed that the same day at 10.30 p.m. Vahram A., 27, Karen A., 33, Tserun S., 26, Saribek H., 31, Tigran S., 22 and Aram A., 20 beat and cursed Samvel H., 26, Vachagan H., 32, Artiom A., 32 and Davit Y., 34. During the dispute Tserun fired in the air. 

Tigran S. is detained, while the rest of the gang is still wanted. Investigation in underway.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has earlier informed that shots were fired in Getazat village of Armenia’s Ararat Region on Wednesday. A group of young people fought, which ended with shots. According to the agency, the fight was linked to the village community head upcoming elections.
