YEREVAN. – Armenia’s interstate highways, local roads, and mountain passes are drivable, for the most part, as of Friday 8 a.m.

But Selim Mountain Pass and the Berd-Chambarak Highway are closed, and there is hidden ice on some motorways nearby Goris city, the Transport and Communication Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

And according to the information which the Ministry of Emergency Situations received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, as of Thursday at 7 p.m., travel at Georgia’s Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway, which leads to the Armenian border, is prohibited for trailers and semi-trailers, and for buses seating more than thirty passengers.
