YEREVAN. – Cases of inhuman behavior are registered in the Armenian police of, Armenia’s Helsinki Committee informed the journalists on Friday presenting its 2011 report.
European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment registered in its 2010 report last year that tortures in the police departments in Armenia have been continuing, the Committees’ report reads.
