President of Georgia initiated limitations of his authority on parliamentary dissolution, as Mikheil Saakashvili stated at parliamentary debates on July 20.
“Though, once again, strong presidential machinery is vital when the country is in such situation. However, reinforcement of the parliament is also crucial,” he declared.
According to Saakashvili, after the Rose Revolution strong presidential machinery was essential to make complex steps and run reforms.
