STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the 2017 summer draft and demobilization, president's press office said.
Two days ago, President of Armenia Serzh Sarsgyan also signed a decree to conduct summer draft and demobilization.
