Russia expels Moldovan diplomats. Moldovan Advisor Envoy to Russia, N. Miyna, was invited to the Russian MFA, where he was given a note, according to which in response to the expulsion of five Russian diplomats from Chisinau on May 29, five Moldovan diplomatic mission officers in Moscow have been declared personae non grata. The diplomats have been ordered to leave the territory of Russia within a three-day period.

“The Russian side expressed hope that Chisinau will realize the counter-productivity of actions in regard to the Russian Federation and the destructive nature of the step made by the Moldovan side, which is contrary to  the principles of partnership and mutual confidence,” the statement of the agency says.
