Millions of fans have been disappointed upon the news that Megan Fox will not appear in the third movie of Transformers. Her acting in the first two films of the famous trilogy has brought her the fame of one of sexiest women in the world. It is hard to imagine the third Transformers movie without Fox, however there seems to be much more of the dark side than initially reported.

Fox has previously declared that she left the movie in order to pursue other acting opportunities, however, as Transformers director Michael Bay revealed before the movie’s premiere on July 4, Fox got fired because of her interview to British magazine Wonderland, where she said that Bay wanted to be like Hitler on his sets.

This statement outraged both film’s crew and the producer, Hollywood legend Steven Spielberg. The latter ordered Bay to fire Fox and replace her with British model Rosie Huntingdon-Whitley.

Other crew members posted an open letter on Michael Bay’s website; here is an excerpt of it:

“She was famous! She was the next Angelina Jolie, hooray! Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she is not Angelina. You see, Angelina is a professional. We know this quite intimately because we have had the tedious experience of working with the dumb-as-a-rock Megan Fox on both Transformers movies.”

The film’s screenwriter Ehren Kruger told GQ magazine that Fox didn’t seem interested when she arrived for rehearsals for Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Bay said he wasn’t hurt by the comment.
