Turkey will invest almost ten billion dollars in the extraction and transportation of 540 billion cubic meters of gas in the Black Sea, the Sabah newspaper reported.

According to the latest news, there is a super incentive for Black Sea gas production. The 540 billion cubic meters of natural gas identified by Turkey's national exploration fleet will be available to the public in 2023. Today, Turkey is expanding its fleet of drilling ships. While the search continues, efforts are being made to ensure that 540 billion cubic meters of natural gas is available to citizens in 2023, the newspaper writes.

According to the publication, by a decree of Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, the Zonguldak Sakarya natural gas field was included in the scope of project state assistance.

An investment of 145 billion liras (nearly $10 billion) will be used to extract and use 540 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the Black Sea, the newspaper reported.
