Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Ertugrul Gunay made a notable statement on cultural heritage of the country during his visit to central provinces. According to Turkish Cumhuriyet daily, after his tour around Tokat and Resadiye the Minister visited Zile met with local residents at the city hall. He touched upon historical values of Turkey: “Culture cannot be Muslim, Armenian or Greek. All this is our and Anatolia’s wealth and values. We should take care of them, protect and keep open to tourists. Heritage of Seljuk, Ottoman and other civilizations belongs to us,” the Minister underlined.
