Khamovnicheski district court of Moscow on Wednesday confirmed the settlement agreement between comedian Yevgeny Petrosyan and Yelena Stepanenko and their neighbor, who suffered from flood in her apartment.

The couple agreed to pay the aggrieved party 269,000 rubles, RIA Novisti reports.

Initially, Yelena Makarova insisted on awarding her a 440,000 ruble compensation for the restoration and moral damage. Within the framework of the consideration of the case, an expert examination was conducted, which assessed the damage incurred at 215,000 ruble. The remaining amount covers the court fees and the expenses for the expert examination.
