YEREVAN.- The opposition is ready to negotiate with authorities only over the issues regarding snap elections, said Nikol Pashinyan, activist of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC).

As to members of the delegation which is supposed to negotiate with authorities, Pashinyan said it has not been discussed so far, adding he hardly imagines himself as a member of this group.

Opposition activist, chief editor of Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper Nikol Pashinyan was released under amnesty last Friday. In 2010 January Pashinyan was sentenced to 7, 5 years’ imprisonment charged with organizing mass unrests.
