At least 20 people were killed and 48 more were injured as a result of the explosion a suicide bomb blast outside Afghanistan's Supreme Court in central Kabul, The Independent reported.
It was also reported that the explosion occurred near a side door to the building used by employees leaving work at the end of the day.
An investigation is underway.
